Controller
The operator named in the imprint is responsible for data processing.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Hostinger. When you visit, the server processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, requested page and browser identifier in log files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Forms and email
If you write to us via a form or by email, we store your details to answer your request and to contact you about the founding membership or a partnership (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete them when you ask us to or when we no longer need them for this purpose. The reservation form is provided by Tally (Tally BV, Belgium). The form for reserving a founding place is provided by Tally (Tally BV, Belgium). It loads from tally.so in the membership section; Tally receives technically necessary data such as your IP address. 3D walkthrough and fonts
The 3D worlds and fonts are loaded from our own server. No data is transferred to third parties in the process.

Links to Instagram and TikTok lead to those providers' pages, where their privacy policies apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to the address given in the imprint. Complaints can be lodged with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
